This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you interact with us, acquire or use our software products (“Software”), use our services (“Services”), and/or visit and use the website https://siff.io (the “Website” and together with Software and Services, “SIFF Products”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, processing, protecting, and disclosing that information. Please read this Policy carefully. The installation, acquisition and use of SIFF Products is subject to your agreement with the policies set forth herein. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of SIFF Products after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Policy periodically for updates.
Throughout this Policy, a reference to “SIFF,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company” is a reference to SIFF LLC, a California limited liability company, and a reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to you personally and, if you access and/or use SIFF Products on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity (an “Organization”), you and such Organization.
The use of SIFF Products is also subject to a Terms of Use and End User License Agreement https://docs.siff.io/legal/terms (“Terms of Use”). If you do not Agree to this Policy or the Terms of Use, you may not use any SIFF Products.
Information we Collect About You and How We Collect It.
- Information we Collect. We may collect several different types of information from you in
connection with your acquisition, installation, registration and use of SIFF Products, including, but
not limited to your:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Physical address and/or mailing address.
- Employer.
- Job title or position.
- Payment details.
- Phone numbers.
- IP addresses associated with the devices from which you download or access SIFF
- oducts.
- Location when accessing SIFF products.

How We Collect Your Information. We collect your information:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us through SIFF Products or our agents, including,
but not limited to:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of downloading SIFF Products, registering to use our Website, ordering any SIFF Products, subscribing to any services we may offer from time to time or posting material on our Website.
- Information that you provide to our sales agents via our Website or through telephone communications.
- SIFF sponsored events, which you register for and/or attend in person or electronically (i.e. promotional events, webcasts, contests and conferences).
- Records and copies of your correspondence, if you contact us.

- Details of transactions you carry out through our Website, including the fulfillment of orders you place with us and related financial information.

Automatically as you use SIFF Products, including, but not limited to:
- Certain metadata in connection with the use of SIFF Products, such as login information, usage statistics, performance, deployment environment and other analytic data.
- Information about the device you use to connect to SIFF Products, the applicable Internet connection, your IP address and location.
- Information about the computing environment in which SIFF Products are operating, including, but not limited to performance and session information, system information, CPU architecture, memory size, storage capacity, operating system type and version, SIFF Product application numbers, number of active users, search queries, user interface interactions, page load duration and which report views are accessed.
- Configuration data, such as files, command outputs and API queries. The collection of such configuration data provides many of the core capabilities of SIFF Products, including, but not limited to:
- Configuration Monitoring. Configuration monitoring allows configuration information from your various devices to be displayed to you or your IT personnel as a stream of configuration activity, which you or your IT personnel may query to help troubleshoot various incidents.
- Centralized Configuration Repository. Our centralized configuration repository will maintain a historical repository of all collected configuration information, which can be analyzed by you or your IT personnel to determine service dependencies between different components on your network(s).
- Reporting and Analytics. Our reporting and analytics provides functionality for you or your IT personnel to view and generate reports based on collected configuration information.
Warning Regarding Configuration Information. SIFF Products seek to make it easy for you to view and choose which configuration information is being collected. It is your responsibility to ensure that individuals who you permit to view information collected by SIFF Products, which may include information you consider confidential or for limited release, are properly authorized to do so.

Automatically as you navigate through the Website, including, but not limited to details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.
The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties (as described herein). It helps us to improve SIFF Products and to deliver a better and more personalized experience to you, including by enabling us to:

We use the information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

Accessing and Correcting Your Information.
You can review and change much of your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at support@siff.io to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. Depending on which personal information you would like us to delete, we may not be able to do so without also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or store by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
Data Security.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website or other SIFF Products, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. The inclusion of a link to third-party websites or online services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or our affiliates. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page.
